Skarslia Ski and Sledge Center

Skarslia Ski and Akesenter is less than 20 minutes drive away. Here you will find two of Norway's longest toboggan runs of 1.3 km and 1.6 km of toboggan runs for the ascent! You can rent custom made single and double sledges. Extreme fun for young and old alike!

Skarslia is located in the Bergsjø area of ​​Ål municipality, 950 meters above sea level. You can choose between 12 apartments and 2 self-catering cottages. Skarslia Apartment also has a cafeteria as well as activities such as billiards, table tennis, outdoor mini golf, etc.

The place and the area are excellent for nature experiences all year round. In the winter you can do toboggan runs located directly behind the housing units, walk for miles with cross-country skiing in machine-prepared trails, willow, kite and much more. In the ski resort you will find 2 new barbecue cabins with seating for 50 people. Here you can sit around the open fire and get food and drinks served.

If you go on a summer or autumn trip, the place is a good starting point for cycling and hiking in the Bergsjø area. At the same place you will find the Skarslia Equestrian Center which offers short and long equestrian rides on Icelandic horses in fantastic surroundings.
