Destinasjonssjef

Som destinasjonssjef vil du ha det overordnede ansvar for driften og de ulike forretningsområdene på Topcamp Hallingdal.
Topcamp is Norway's largest and fastest growing camping chain. Today we have ten destinations from Helgeland in the north to Mandal in the south. We are 35 employees all year round, and in the summer season we are around 200. Joy-spreading, active, professional, and genuine are values that should permeate all our operations - our goal is to elevate camping to a new level!

Marketing Specialist
Are you passionate about tourism and marketing, and ready to take the next step? We are looking for someone who is skilled in graphic design and has some experience with social media, and preferably other digital marketing channels. A significant part of the job, in addition to the graphic aspect, will be producing all content for newsletters, SoMe, and the website – therefore, enjoying working with text is essential. Having an interesest in photography and video making, and being able to utilize these skills, is a big plus. Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and brand building/strategic work will also be seen as positive – but are not requirements!
To succeed in this role, you are independent and proactive. You are more creative than most people and have a great passion for the profession. We hope you are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and that you are not easily stressed by a hectic workday.
