Administration of Payments and Credit

To process payments with debit cards or credit, we share information with a third party to handle the payment or credit application. We only receive parts of the information from the third party, and we process this information solely to confirm the payment for the product or service you have ordered. All data collected directly by a third party as part of the payment or credit arrangement is verified by the third party. The personal information we transfer to the third party is only stored until the service or product is delivered. Information about your rights regarding data processed by third parties where third parties are personally responsible is included in the third party's privacy policy. Before transmitting data to third parties through us, you will be informed about the third party responsible for the service you are using, and links to the third party's privacy policy will be provided.

Marketing

If you have consented to receive promotional updates from us, we store your email address based on your consent for this purpose until you choose to opt-out of this type of marketing communication. After opting out, we will retain your contact information for an additional 3 months for potential troubleshooting purposes.

Website Monitoring

We use the information gathered from the website to tailor visits to our site for a better user experience. If you consent, we will send your personal information to Topcamp's central chain office so that Topcamp can offer you its products and services. Topcamp does not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the Topcamp corporate group. When processing your order, we may send information to, and also use information from, credit card companies, payment card issuers, and fraud prevention companies.

Newsletter

We will send you information about products, services, and offers from us and other companies in our business group that may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing from us, you can unsubscribe from our marketing communication at any time.
