Easy check-in
At Topcamp, checking in should be simple—any time of the day. Here, we've gathered information about the different check-in options available.
Check-in is from 1:00 PM for camping and from 3:00 PM for cabins, apartments, and rooms.
Easy check-in with a code
- You'll receive an SMS as soon as your unit is ready
- The SMS contains your personal access code
- Use the code for the gate, service building and cabin
- The first time you use the code, you will be automatically checked in
- Easy, fast and contactless

Check out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM for cabins, apartments, and rooms, and by 12:00 PM for camping.
You will receive a check-out link by SMS on your departure day.
If you received a key or key card, please return it in the black mailbox marked "Checkout".
You’ll find the box near the reception and by the exit barrier.
