The day before arrival, you will receive an email with a link for self-check-in. On the day of arrival, you will receive an SMS as soon as your unit is ready for check-in.
Once you have checked in via the link, you can open barriers, cabins/apartments, and service buildings from your mobile phone. Therefore, you do not need key cards at our destinations, and you can avoid unnecessary queues.
Check-in for camping starts at 13:00.
Check-in for cabins and apartments starts at 15:00.
Check-out must be completed no later than 11:00 AM for cabins, apartments, and rooms, and no later than 12:00 PM for camping.
You will receive an SMS on the day of departure with a link for check-out.
If you have received a key or key card, please deposit them in the black mailbox marked "Checkout." You can find the mailbox at the reception and by the exit barrier.
When departing from a cabin, please remove bed linens and place them, along with towels, inside the front door.
Thank you for running the dishwasher if you have used dishes and for disposing of trash at our waste disposal station.
Topcamp cares about the environment. Therefore, we encourage all our guests to sort their waste at the waste stations marked on the area map. With us, you can sort food waste, glass and metal, and plastic.
The speed limit on the premises is 10 km/h. Please be considerate of others on the property.
Use the key card/magnetic card you received at check-in to open barriers and entrances to the common areas.
Grilling should be done on a fireproof surface. The grill should never be placed directly on the ground; ensure that it is 40 cm above.
Emptying charcoal should be done in special containers at the waste stations.
You are responsible for handling gas correctly and ensuring that it is disconnected/shut off when you are not present or sleeping.
Greywater and latrine emptying should be done at designated locations.
For spots with a connection to the sewage system, a sealed hose should be used.
We have a defibrillator at the reception.
Pets are warmly welcome. As the owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your pet is on a leash, does not disturb other guests, and that waste is cleaned up.
We have separate pet-friendly apartments and cabins.
To use public transportation in Oslo, you must either download the Ruter app (remember your BankID) or buy a travel card at Jernbanetorget.
All our destinations are cashless.
We have charging stations in the parking lot in front of the reception. You cannot charge your car from power poles or sockets that are not marked for electric vehicle charging.
Upon check-in, you will receive a magnetic/key card. These provide access to your accommodation unit, barriers, and common areas. The card is also used for the washing machine. It can be topped up with money at the reception.
Lost cards are replaced for a fee of 50 kroner.
There are also several things you, as a guest, can do to contribute to the environment. For example:
- Turn off the lights when you leave the cabin.
- Sort waste at our recycling stations.
- Don’t use more paper than necessary when you are in the restroom or communal kitchen.
- Drink water straight from the tap (avoid plastic bottles).
- Don’t let the water run if you’re not using it. Take shorter showers.
- Waste as little food as possible.
- Use public transport when possible.

There should be silence on the premises between 24:00 and 07:00.
Parking should take place in the designated area for where you will be staying. Day visitors should park in the communal parking area outside the premises.
In our service houses, there are toilets, sinks, showers, a kitchen, and a laundry room. Showers are included in the price for our guests. The key card for the washing machine can be charged at the reception.
To ensure that everyone thrives with us, we have some rules that all our guests must adhere to.
Guests who do not comply with the rules of conduct may be asked to leave and must immediately vacate the campsite without any claim for compensation. Topcamp reserves the right to modify the rules of conduct at any time. See Rules of Order.
The water stations in the area are only open during the summer when there is no risk of frost.
In the winter season, there will be limited water supply in outdoor areas. If you wish to refill water, this will be available at the dumping stations.
We have free WiFi suitable for browsing on the premises. Signal strength depends on where you are on the property. Password: Welcome23
