Topcamp Onsakervika Practical Information

Check-in for camping starts from 1:00 PM.
Check-in for cabins and apartments starts from 3:00 PM.Please contact us to arrange check-in outside of reception hours.

Check-out time for cabins is no later than 11:00.
Check-out time for camping is no later than 12:00.
Keys/key cards are to be returned at the reception.

Topcamp cares about the environment and sorts waste. Waste stations are marked on the area map.

The speed limit on the premises is 10 km/h. Please be considerate of others on the property.

Use the key card/magnetic card you received at check-in to open barriers and entrances to the common areas.

You are responsible for handling gas correctly and ensuring that it is disconnected/shut off when you are not present or sleeping.

Grilling should be done on a fireproof surface. The grill should never be placed directly on the ground; ensure that it is 10 to 15 cm above the ground.

Emptying charcoal should be done in special containers at the waste stations.

Greywater and latrine emptying should be done at designated locations.
For spots with a connection to the sewage system, a sealed hose should be used.

We have a defibrillator at the reception.

Pets are warmly welcome. As the owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your pet is on a leash, does not disturb other guests, and that waste is cleaned up.
We have separate pet-friendly apartments and cabins.

All our destinations are cashless.

We have three charging stations at the reception. Charging power is 4.6 kW, Type 2 connector with cable.
You cannot charge your car from power poles or sockets that are not marked for electric vehicle charging.

Upon check-in, you will receive a magnetic/key card. These provide access to your accommodation unit, barriers, and common areas. The card is also used for the washing machine. It can be topped up with money at the reception.
Lost cards are replaced for a fee of 50 kroner.

There should be silence on the premises between 24:00 and 07:00.

Parking should take place in the designated area for where you will be staying. Day visitors should park in the communal parking area outside the premises.

In our sanitary facilities, there are toilets, sinks, showers, a kitchen, and a laundry room. Showers are included in the price for our guests. The key card for the washing machine can be charged at the reception.
